档案空间集散功能是档案信息运动的空间表现形式。它既表现为结点式集散、树链式集散及网络式集散的差异性,也表现为结点式集散向树链式集散进而向网络式集散的转变。基于集散功能的档案发展定位表现为,改造提升结点式集散,促使其适时地向树链式集散、网络式集散转变,为满足社会各种档案文化需求提供服务,进一步拓展档案文化服务的“新空间”。
The collection and distribution function of file space is the spatial expression form of file information movement. It not only shows the difference of node-type distribution, tree-type distribution and network-type distribution, but also shows the transformation from node-type distribution to tree-type distribution to network distribution.
