21世纪初广西共青团干部队伍总体上是一支让党放心、青年满意、爱岗敬业的队伍。虽然广西国有企业、转制企业(股份制企业)团干队伍基本稳定,但发展状况不容乐观;综合素质普遍提高,但创新能力略显不足;共青团干部工作环境有待改进,团干的培训、调研工作滞后。因此,要进一步重视广西共青团干部队伍的建设。
At the beginning of the 21st century, the contingent of cadres of the Communist Youth League in Guangxi was generally a contingent that assured the party of reassurance, youth satisfaction, and dedication. Although Guangxi’s state-owned enterprises and restructuring enterprises (joint-stock enterprises) have a basically stable level of cadres and contingents, the development status is not optimistic. The overall quality generally improves but the innovation capability is slightly inadequate. The work environment of CYL cadres needs to be improved. The training and research work of the CYL cadres lag behind . Therefore, we should pay more attention to the building of a CYL cadre in Guangxi.
