目的建立茯苓多糖的分离、纯化以及含量测定方法。对茯苓块、茯苓片和茯苓粉的不同时间的水煎液中多糖、总糖含量进行测定和比较。方法采用苯酚-硫酸比色法于490 nm处测定茯苓多糖、总糖的含量。结果不同时间的水煎液中,茯苓块和茯苓片的多糖、总糖含量明显低于茯苓粉。结论该法快速、准确,便于实际应用,并为茯苓饮片加工与规范化炮制提供部分参考数据。
Objective To establish a method for separation, purification and content determination of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides. The contents of polysaccharides and total sugars in water decoctions at different times for mash, sorghum and alfalfa meal were measured and compared. Methods The phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method was used to determine the polysaccharide and total sugar content at 490 nm. Results In the decoction of different time, the content of polysaccharides and total sugar in the mash and sorghum slices were significantly lower than that in the sorghum powder. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, practical and convenient, and provides some reference data for processing and standard processing of quail-dehydrated slices.
