我厂研制的IE75F二冲程汽油机,是一种为填补75系列的高强化、特殊用途的小型汽油机。该机型的升功率及转速均较高,结构上采用了组合式曲轴。组合式曲轴与整体式曲轴相比,具有省料、工艺性好、能使整机的体积缩小以及重量轻等优点,但其组装要求高(见图1),一次性的组装合格率低。国外大批量生产中,是用专机来保证组装精度的。国内没有这种设备,大多是靠通用压力设备配专用夹
The IE75F two-stroke gasoline engine developed by our factory is a kind of small gasoline engine specially designed to fill the 75 series of high-strength and special-purpose gasoline engines. The models of high power and speed are higher, the structure of a combined crankshaft. Compared with the integral crankshaft, the combined crankshaft has the advantages of saving material, good workmanship, reducing the size and weight of the whole machine, but has high assembly requirements (see FIG. 1), and the disposable assembly rate is low.
