目的探讨交叉克氏针桡侧“8”字张力带固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2005年4月至2009年7月26例肱骨髁上骨折患儿,采用肘关节后侧正中入路交叉克氏针桡侧“8”字张力带内固定治疗。术后第2日开始功能锻炼。结果术后6～8周行内固定物取出术。随访6～18个月,全部骨折均愈合,以flyun标准及综合屈伸功能评价标准进行疗效评价,其中优19例,良4例,一般2例,差1例,无一例发生肘关节内外翻畸形,优良率88.5。结论肘关节后侧正中入路交叉克氏针桡侧“8”字张力带内固定术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折具有创伤小,无需外固定,肘关节功能恢复良好及肘关节内外翻发生率低等特点。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cross Kirschner wire radial fixation with 8-character tension band in the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures in children. Methods From April 2005 to July 2009, 26 children with supracondylar humerus fractures were treated with intervertebral fusion of Kirschner wire at the posterior side of the elbow. After the first 2 days of functional exercise. Results Postoperative 6 to 8 weeks of internal fixation removal. All cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months. All the fractures healed. The evaluation of the standard of flyun and comprehensive flexion and extension was performed. The results were excellent in 19 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case. None of them had valgus deformity , Good rate of 88.5. Conclusion The treatment of supracondylar fractures of humerus in pediatric patients with traumatic supracondylar fractures of the elbow has the advantages of minimal trauma, no need of external fixation, good recovery of elbow function and internal and external translation of the elbow Low rate and so on.
