为将风冷式半导体空调扩大应用于冶金高温车间的操纵室和亚热带各露天作业的大型移动机械的司机室上,在过去“风冷式”诸参数研究的基础上,又用低于50℃的热空气进行了模拟实验与研究。本文从理论上推导出热端与冷端进口空气温度与致冷量、温差之间的关系式,说明随进口气温的升高,致冷效果不但并未降低,反而略有提高。这已由实验证实。在工作电流30A、元件386对、风量适当时,则致冷温差不低于14℃,可用于环境温度低50℃于的场所。
In order to expand the use of air-cooled semiconductor air conditioners in the control room of the metallurgical high temperature workshop and the cab of the large mobile machinery in the subtropical open-air operations, based on the past “air-cooled” parameters, The hot air was simulated experiment and research. In this paper, the relationship between inlet air temperature, cooling capacity and temperature difference between hot end and cold end is theoretically deduced, which shows that with the increase of inlet air temperature, the cooling effect not only does not decrease, but increases slightly. This has been confirmed experimentally. In the working current of 30A, 386 pairs of components, appropriate air flow, the cooling temperature difference of not less than 14 ℃, can be used for the environment at a temperature of 50 ℃ lower than the place.
