本研究采用流室系统,定量研究了脑血栓形成患者及健康对照者红细胞与内皮细胞粘附特性及Svate-3对脑血栓形成患者红细胞与内皮细胞粘附的影响。结果表明:脑血栓形成患者红细胞与内皮细胞粘附较对照者明显增高(P<0.01);自体血浆能明显增加红细胞与内皮细胞粘附,对疾病组的影响更明显;Svate-3具有明显降低脑血栓形成患者红细胞与内皮细胞粘附的作用。提示:红细胞与内皮细胞粘附增强在脑血栓形成的发病及脑缺血性损伤中可能起着重要作用;Svate-3具有明显抗粘附作用。
In this study, flow cytometry was used to quantitatively study the adhesion characteristics of erythrocytes and endothelial cells in patients with cerebral thrombosis and healthy controls and the effect of Svate-3 on erythrocyte and endothelial cell adhesion in patients with cerebral thrombosis. The results showed that the adhesion between erythrocyte and endothelial cell in patients with cerebral thrombosis was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01); autologous plasma could significantly increase the adhesion of erythrocytes and endothelial cells, and had more obvious effect on the disease group; Svate-3 had Significantly reduce the role of erythrocyte adhesion to endothelial cells in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Prompted: Erythrocyte and endothelial cell adhesion enhancement in the pathogenesis of cerebral thrombosis and cerebral ischemic injury may play an important role; Svate-3 has obvious anti-adhesion effect.
