企业文化是企业核心竞争力的关键因素。是一种凝聚人心,以实现自我价值,提升企业竞争力的无形资本,因此企业文化建设十分重要。要搞好企业的文化建设,对企业整合进来的员工的思想改造问题不能回避。本文从解决整合员工对新企业文化的认同、花大力气培育被整合员工的企业文化方面进行了了探索,目的是在“怎样改造被整合员工的思想问题”方面,找到有益的答案。

Corporate culture is a key factor in the core competitiveness of enterprises. Is a kind of intangible capital to unite people, to achieve self-worth, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so the building of enterprise culture is very important. To do a good job in the cultural construction of enterprises, the problems of ideological reform of employees integrated with enterprises can not be evaded. This article explores the integration of employees’ recognition of the new corporate culture and the effort to cultivate the integrated corporate culture of the employees. The purpose of this article is to find helpful answers on how to reform the thought of integrated employees.
