我国上插槽是1964年开始进行工业试验的。贵州铝厂和我厂两个上插槽电解系列分别于1966年和1970年投产。几年来,在生产技术方面已积累了一些经验,摸索到一些规律,在主要技术指标上有较大的改善。但是,上插槽一些技术关键仍没有完全解决,有些机械化设备还不够完善,生产指标较国内先进水平仍有相当差距。我们在总结生产经验教训基础上,着重对今后技术发展方向提出探讨性看法。
The slot in our country started industrial testing in 1964. Guizhou Aluminum Factory and I plant two slot electrolytic series were put into operation in 1966 and 1970 respectively. Over the past few years, we have accumulated some experience in production technology, found some laws and made major improvements in major technical indicators. However, some of the technical key slots are still not fully resolved, and some mechanized equipment is still not perfect. The production targets are still far behind the advanced domestic standards. On the basis of summing up the production experience and lessons, we focus on the exploration of the future direction of technological development.
