电力营销是供电企业的核心业务,电费回收、开拓电力市场、搞好优质服务是高质量、高水平做好电力营销工作的关键。近年来,随着市场经济的发展和电网建设的加快,客户用电需求基本得到了满足,加强电费回收,防范电费风险已成为摆在供电企业面前的重要课题。我们平定供电公司营销人员积极探索电费风险防范机制,采取有效措施,全面加强电费回收工作,经过近几年的实践取得了较好的成效。
