基于磁性的CTCs捕获芯片的优化设计

本文主要研究基于磁性的CTC捕获芯片中细胞受力情况,提出该类芯片中细胞捕获可分为偏移阶段和吸附阶段,并使用COMOSL软件分析了各个阶段的受力特点。通过模拟计算及实验结果可以看出,传统的垂直捕获模式由于其受流场作用力影响,不适合在高流速下进行CTC细胞捕获。基于此我们提出一种新型的平行捕获模式芯片的设计,该设计可以显著减少流场对CTC细胞捕获的影响。优化后的芯片流速可以达到6ml/h。 In this paper, we mainly study the cell stress in magnetic CTC capture chip. It is suggested that the cell capture in this kind of chip can be divided into the offset phase and the adsorption phase, and the force characteristics of each phase are analyzed by COMOSL software. Through the simulation and experimental results, we can see that the traditional vertical capture mode is not suitable for CTC trapping at high flow rates because of its influence on the flow field. Based on this, we propose a novel parallel capture mode chip design that can significantly reduce the impact of flow field on CTC cell capture. Optimized chip flow rate can reach 6ml / h.
