文中所述食品中铅含量的测定,采用了硫代乙醇酸涂在脱脂棉上制成巯基棉的方法,用来分离测定铅时的干扰元素,同时进行铅的富集。用一定浓度的硝酸为洗脱剂洗脱巯基棉富集的铅后,调整洗脱液酸度后由铅电极标准加入法测定。结果表明,方法回收率在92—109%之间。其富集下限可达0.010mgL~(-1)铅。与双硫腙比色等方法相比,文中所述方法既不用大型昂贵仪器,又避免了剧毒物的使用,具有操作简单,富集倍数大,灵敏度高的优点。
The determination of lead content in food described in this article, the use of thioglycolic acid coated on absorbent cotton made of thiol cotton method, used to separate the determination of interfering elements of lead, while lead enrichment.
