人们用电子探针研究固体材料时,元素分布像的黑白照片,一张只能表示一种元素。运用彩色摄影技术,一张彩色照片可把一个样品中的多种元素的分布表示出来。本文叙述了电子探针元素分布像的着色原理和实验方法。一、元素分布像的着色法 1.放大着色法用黑白胶卷把一只试样中的各元素分布像分别拍摄下来,再用彩色放大纸放印这些元素分布照片。具体做法是把各张单一元素分布像的黑白底片与滤色片一起逐一进行放大,每换一张底片,同时也更换一块滤色片,这几张底片与各块滤色片进行多次迭加曝光放印在一张彩色放大纸上,就可得到一张试样中各元素分布的彩色像。这种方法就称放大着色法。
