本院1984年7月至1985年6月间对23例前列腺增生症病人施行了经尿道前列腺电切术,术后全部病人排尿通畅。1例尿失禁,月后自愈。2例前列腺部分残留术后排尿不畅经二次电切而愈,2例术后晚期出血,量不多,持续1至2天停止。2例术中耻骨上经皮穿刺置管膀胱造口,施行术中连续冲洗时发生腹壁间隙尿外渗,经改斡引流2日内吸收。本文将对经尿道前列腺电切术的捐征,冲洗方式阳手术方法及术后并发症作
