研究了 LiNbO_3单晶的蚀象、光象。观察到与晶体方向有关的蚀象和光象之间有对应关系,且各晶面上蚀象及光象的对称性均与晶体的对称性相一致。认为晶体的微观结构决定了它的表面形态,蚀象是该形态的一种表现形式,而光象则是蚀象的一种光学效应。
The eclipse phenomenon and light phenomenon of LiNbO_3 single crystal were studied. It is observed that there is a correspondence between the eclipse image and the light image related to the crystal orientation, and the symmetry of eclipse and light image on each crystal plane is consistent with the symmetry of the crystal. It is believed that the microstructure of a crystal determines its surface morphology. Erosion is an expression of this form, while light is an optical effect of eclipse.
