一、以主业延伸为主体的多种经营工作对港口拓展服务功能提高经济效益起积极的补充作用 南京港三公司是从事煤炭陆转水的专业化港口,货种单一,工艺简单。在计划经济时期主要承接国家指令性计划煤炭的卸车和装船任务,是单纯的生产性企业。随着深化国民经济体制改革,国家指令性计划逐步萎缩,计划到煤量已不能满足港口生产能力。1.987年,我们在外有压力,内有想法的情况下,毅然在全港率先开辟了以主业延伸为主导的多种经营项目,即引进计划外煤炭进港中转来弥补计划到煤的不足,为港口创收,为用户服务。在计划经济向市场经济过渡过程中,煤炭率先以商品形态进入市场。我们抓住机遇,进一步扩大计划外煤炭进港渠道,鼓励、支持广大经营单位和用户在港口组织销售计划外煤炭,收到了良好的效果。1987年至1994年港口累计中转计划外煤炭722.8万吨,为主业增收6500万元。1994年计划外煤炭中转量已达204万吨,占公司年中转量
