目前使用的外饰面做法,有集石类、镶面类和水泥砂浆类几种。彩色弹涂是在集石类基础上发展起来的。这种新工艺改革了现有水刷石、干粘石等做法复杂笨重的操作工艺,改善了工作条件,提高了质量,节约了水泥、石碴等建筑材料,工程造价也有所降低。 1979年北京市第五建筑工程公司首先研制了“彩色弹涂”新工艺,经过反复试验和不断改进,彩色弹涂工艺在北京、杭州等地逐步得到推广。在公用建筑和住宅中均得到了采用。
At present, there are several types of exterior finishes, including stone, veneer, and cement mortar. Color bullet coating is developed on the basis of stone collection. This new process has reformed the complex and unwieldy operating techniques of the existing brush stone and dry sticky stone, improved working conditions, improved quality, saved construction materials such as cement and stone mortar, and reduced construction costs. In 1979, Beijing Fifth Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. first developed a new process of “color bullet coating”. After repeated tests and continuous improvement, the color bullet coating process was gradually promoted in Beijing and Hangzhou. It has been adopted in public buildings and houses.
