患者女,20岁,广州某玩具厂临时工,因反复间断发热伴咳嗽,咳痰1周,在厂卫生所治疗无效而于1995—05—15入院.入院查体,体温39.6℃,脉搏110次/分,呼吸18次/分,血压15/10kPa。神志清楚,急性热病容。皮肤未见皮疹、出血点,全身浅表淋巴结未触及。双肺呼吸音粗糙未闻及干湿罗音。心率110次/分,律齐。腹平软,全腹无压痛、反跳痛,肝脾未及。血常规白细胞4.2×10~9/L,中性分叶核0.70,嗜酸性粒细胞计数66×10~6/L。外周
