调查为了充分了解全校学生认识互联网、进入互联网、使用互联网的基本情况,我校开展了一次“滨河中学学生上网情况调查”。调查问卷设计了“关于上网”、“关于网络”、“家长与学生上网”、“教师与网络教育”、“学校与网络”五个部分,设置了36个题目,147个信息点,面向初一到高三6个年级,每个年级抽取两个班学生答卷,共493位学生进行小样统计,并事先明确答卷的结果与学生个人的评价、考核无关,不记名、不记分、不存档。要求学生独立思考后,在若干选择中根据实际情况作出自行选择,有的问题还需要学生按主次排序编号。
