早复极系指外观健康、无心脏形态异常人群出现ST段和J点抬高等表现的心电现象,伴有相关症状者称为早复极综合征(early repolarization syndrome,ERS)。ERS的心电图表现于1936年由Shipley和Haellaran首次报道。
Early repolarization refers to the appearance of healthy, no abnormal heart shape in patients with ST segment elevation and J point performance of ECG, accompanied by symptoms known as early repolarization syndrome (early repolarization syndrome, ERS). The ERS ECG was first reported by Shipley and Haellaran in 1936.
