目的了解河南省光山县国家免疫规划疫苗常规接种情况。方法对2014年光山县国家免疫规划疫苗常规报告接种率监测结果进行统计分析,利用R值进行评价。结果光山县2014年各乡镇基础免疫接种卡介苗、乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗、口服脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)、麻疹疫苗、百白破混合制剂(简称“五苗”)的报告接种率均大于97%;加强免疫除白破二联、流脑A+C少数乡镇接种率较低外,其余均在95%以上;乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率大于90%,但是少数多剂次疫苗脱漏率较高,报告结果不可信。结论光山县国家免疫规划疫苗报告接种率虚高,部分儿童存在疫苗脱漏,数据报告不准确,需要采取相应措施加以改进。
