采用高速摄像技术记录CO2 焊的高速变化的短路过渡物理过程 ,利用计算机数据采集系统通过传感器采集多路信息 ,成功的实现了焊接电弧及熔滴过渡影像与电弧电压和焊接电流波形的同步控制 ,通过对照分析高速摄像所拍的影像和电信号检测法所得的波形关系 ,获得了所反映的焊接短路过渡过程信息 ,分析了CO2 焊短路过渡过程的物理特征 ,提出了CO2 焊短路过渡过程的不同阶段的合理控制方案 ,依此方案进行波控实验。实验结果显示 ,飞溅减少 ,焊缝成形改善。
The high-speed camera technology is used to record the high-speed short-circuit transition physical process of CO2 welding. By using computer data acquisition system to collect multiple channels of information, the welding arc and droplet transfer images are successfully synchronized with arc voltage and welding current waveform. By analyzing the relationship between the images taken by high-speed camera and the waveforms obtained by the electrical signal detection method, the information of transient process of welding short-circuit is obtained. The physical characteristics of short-circuit transition of CO2 welding are analyzed. Stage of reasonable control program, according to this program wave control experiment. The experimental results show that the spatter is reduced and the weld formation is improved.
