在气候变化已经成为一个全球性问题并引起社会各界广泛关注的现实背景下,近年来我国学者对低碳经济进行了大量研究。笔者从碳排放权界定与分配、碳减排影响因素、碳关税与碳税、碳足迹和碳金融以及碳汇与碳封存等方面对这些研究进行了梳理,旨在为人们正确把握目前国内低碳经济的研究动向提供依据。
Under the realistic background that climate change has become a global problem and aroused widespread concern in the community, scholars in our country conducted extensive research on the low-carbon economy in recent years. The author sorts out the research on the definition and allocation of carbon emission rights, the influencing factors of carbon emission reduction, carbon tariffs and carbon taxes, carbon footprint and carbon finance, as well as carbon sequestration and carbon sequestration, aiming to help people grasp the current domestic low Carbon economy research trends provide the basis.
