含赤铁矿、铂族金属矿石、含铜复杂硫化矿和含镍黄铁矿矿石解离对比试验结果表明 ,电脉冲法碎磨矿块时破碎产品的解离度比机械碎磨法高 ,而产生的细粒级含量低。文中描述了不同电参数的电脉冲沿矿物颗粒边界进行解离的特效碎磨过程机理。电脉冲的解离作用在于 ,能获得更多的粗粒单体矿物颗粒 ,增加可有效地被后续分选设备处理的粒级含量。用两种方法碎磨硫化矿时 ,产品细粒级 (<10 6μm)中单体矿物颗粒数量基本相当 ,而在粗粒级中 (>10 6μm) ,两种方法所产生的单体矿物颗粒数量约相差 40 %。应用电脉冲法碎磨氧化矿和镍黄铁矿矿石时 ,精矿回收率和品位都普遍得到了改善
