失业率的上升,不仅关系到国家经济的长期发展,也关系到人们的日常生活,是社会安定的关键影响因素之一。近年来,我国在积极进行现代化建设的过程中,机械化水平不断提升,大批劳动力失去了就业岗位,造成我国社会失业率的上升。然而经济增长同就业率之间具有紧密的联系,经济的增长可以为我国劳动者提供大批的工作岗位,从而降低就业率,反之则将导致就业率的上升。就业率问题是关系到国计民生的重大问题,在这种情况下积极加强我国经济增长同失业关系的探讨具有重要意义。
Unemployment rate rise is not only related to the long-term development of the country’s economy, but also to people’s daily life and is one of the key factors affecting social stability. In recent years, in the process of actively carrying out modernization drive in our country, the level of mechanization has been constantly improving, a large number of labor force have lost their jobs and the unemployment rate in our society has risen. However, there is a close relationship between economic growth and employment rate. Economic growth can provide a large number of workers to our workforce, thereby reducing the employment rate. On the contrary, the employment rate will increase. The issue of employment rate is a major issue concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood. Under such circumstances, it is of great significance to actively explore the relationship between economic growth and unemployment in our country.
