我省工业生产、基本建设、铁路、交通、邮电部门,在执行一九五三年度国家计划和增产节约计划中,已取得了辉煌成绩。同时,也涌现了大批先进的工人、技术人员、管理干部、小组、车间和厂矿。为了树立旗帜,推广经验,进一步提高企业的技术水平和管理水平,决定以市、专为单位,进行劳动模范评选奖励工作。除随文颁发工业生产、基本建设、铁路、交通、邮电部门奖励条件外,兹将评奖办法指示如下:
