我们用YAG 100ⅡA型医用激光机(武昌激光设备厂产)切断双侧筛前神经鼻内支及切除部分下鼻甲,治疗常年性鼻炎60例,经随访观察疗效显著。报告如下。 1 临床资料 60例中,男28例,女32例;年龄18～62岁,平均年龄36.2岁。病程多在2年以上,最长达20余年。其中26例曾行过敏原试验,18例过敏原试验阳性,且行脱敏治疗无效。参考1990年乌鲁木齐会议常年性变应性鼻炎病情分级标准,按临床表现分为轻、中、重3型,其中,中型34例,重型26例,轻型无。 2 治疗方法 病人取坐位。1％地卡因肾上腺素棉片置双鼻腔行粘膜表面麻醉,2％利多卡因加少许肾上腺素行鼻丘部及鼻中隔前上方粘膜下浸润麻醉。麻醉成功后,
