用硅铁冶炼粉尘对大白鼠进行肺脏致纤维化作用的实验研究。结果表朋,硅铁冶炼粉尘组全肺干重、湿重、胶原蛋白含量均明显高于空白对照组,但低于阳性对照石英粉尘组。动物染尘6个月双肺表面散在灰色粉尘灶,质地硬,轻度肺气肿。镜下肺间质增宽,Foot染色后多量网状纤维增生。染尘12个月时,病理所见大量的网状纤维、胶原纤维增生、增多增粗,沿肺泡周围呈条索状。但病理改变稍轻于石英粉尘组。作者认为,硅铁冶炼粉尘对大白鼠肺脏有明显的致纤维化作用。
