目的 :采用HPLC同时测定赖氨匹林散中阿司匹林和游离水杨酸的含量 ,并对其降解产物水杨酸的含量进行控制。方法 :采用DiamonsilC18(2 0 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm )色谱柱 ,甲醇 H3 PO4(0 .2 % ) 乙腈 (18∶5 0∶32 )为流动相 ,流速 :1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 37nm。结果 :阿司匹林在 0 .4 4 6~ 2 .6 77μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9998) ,水杨酸在 0 .2 2~ 2 .2 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9998) ,回收率好 ;结论 :本法简便、快速、准确专属性强
OBJECTIVE: Simultaneous determination of aspirin and free salicylic acid in loprenaline and its content of salicylic acid was conducted by HPLC. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of H3PO4 (0.2%) methanol and acetonitrile (18:50:32) Detection wavelength of 2 37nm. RESULTS: Aspirin showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9998) at a concentration range of 0.446-6.67 μg · ml-1, salicylic acid at a concentration of 0.2-22.2 μg · ml- -1 concentration range showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9998), good recovery; Conclusion: This method is simple, fast, accurate and specific
