偃师县寇店公社五七高中是一所农机修造厂、拖拉机站、学校三位一体的新型学校。这个学校在体制上实行四统一,即厂、站、校统一领导,统一安排教学、生产和科研,统一人员使用,统一财务管理,“学校是工厂,工厂也是学校”。目前全校有六个普通班,一个农机专业班,在校学生四百一十多名;有工人九十八名,专职教师二十一名;有机械加工、锻工、铸工、电修、修配、木工、火补等八个车间,拖拉机六台,机床等二十九台。近几年为公社提供积累七万多元,还从收入中提取一部分用于解决学生的杂费、书籍费和公共福利,做到全部免费入学,减轻了贫下中农的负担。
