有关的文献资料都认为禾本科植物的花粉粒只具有一个萌发孔,但根据我们几年来对水稻、小麦、大麦、玉米等作物的观察,发现这类作物的花粉粒普遍存在着二个萌发孔、三个萌发孔,并且多萌发孔花粉粒在萌发过程中能够伸长多根萌发管,下面将我们的实验方法和实验结果作一个初步报道。实验材料选用了水稻、小麦、大麦、玉米等作物的栽培品种和杂交后代材料,选取各个发育时期(单核期、双核期、三核期)的花粉粒进行实验,用醋酸洋红染色法制成花粉粒涂抹片,先在低倍镜下观察,看到多萌
