随着社会主义建设事业的飞速发展,迫切需要我们交通运输部门提供更多修理质量高的运输机械。这就给我们提出了一个重要的课题,即如何通过修理发动机使其动力性与经济性恢复到原车的95%以上,为多快好省地建设社会主义多作贡献。我厂过去修复的发动机,用户普遍反映功率低、耗油大。特别是解放牌货车,当拖带一个挂车时,平路跑不快,上坡似蜗牛。在测功机上对所修复的解放牌发动机实测结果是:最大功率84马力、最大扭矩28公斤·米/1200转/分、最小耗油量342克/马力·小时以上,与定额指标相比,功率下降11马力,扭矩减少3公斤·米,油耗高87克/马力·小时。
