1号机31—25—7型,制造厂编号第25台,1971年3月17日投产。1971年8月22日听到缸内发出很大金属撞击声,振动随即增大,停机检查见第10压力级叶片断2片,制造厂编号第84、85片,分别从叶根处和距叶根50毫米处断掉。断面有明显疲劳纹,同级叶片打坏多片。第12压力级叶片水冲刷严重。事故前长期在10000瓩负荷以下运行,蒸汽参数不稳定(低汽温高汽压)周波在47.551.5周/秒,加热器满水11次(加热器为低位布置)
