前言在伟大领袖毛主席关于“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略方针指引下,在党的“九大”精神鼓午下,第一工程处广大革命职工在一机部工程机械研究所和局属设计研究院密切合作下,敢想敢干,现已试制成功了我国第一台无声打桩机,在一九七○年“七一”前夕向党的生日献了礼。这是毛泽东思想的伟大胜利。
