铁道兵某部从日本进口的大型装载机在施工中后桥发生断裂,影响施工进度。要求我厂协助尽快修理。我们经过对断裂情况的调查和分析,认为断裂属于冲击载荷下的超载脆断,裂纹宽度为10.7毫米,裂纹长度为轴颈的五分之三。需要将轴头从桥壳上分解,重新配制轴头,然后组合焊接。工作难度较大,并要求在短期内完成。由于我们配合协调,工艺合理,只经过三天的时间,就完成了后桥的修理。该装载机修理后一直使用,修理部位从未发生问题。下面将修理方法介绍一下:
