检测67例缺血性脑血管病(ICD)患者红细胞变形能力(ED)和红细胞膜脂质成分及PAF-AH活性变化,并探讨其间的相互关系。结果显示,ICD患者红细胞滤过指数(IF)较对照组明显增高(P<0.001);红细胞膜胆固醇(Ch)、丙二醛(MDA)和胆固醇/磷脂(Ch/PL)比值明显增高,而膜PL含量和PAF-AH活性明显降低,与对照组相比,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001)。ICD患者红细胞IF与膜Ch、MDA和Ch/PL呈正相关,与膜PL和PAF-AH活性呈负相关。提示ICD病人ED降低与红细胞膜脂质成分异常和PAF-AH活性降低有关。
To detect the changes of erythrocyte deformability (ED), the lipid composition of erythrocyte membrane and the activity of PAF-AH in 67 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICD), and to explore the interrelationship between them. The results showed that the erythrocyte filtration index (IF) of ICD patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.001); the ratio of Cholesterol, MDA and Chl / PL in erythrocytes was significantly increased The content of PL and the activity of PAF-AH decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.001). ICD patients erythrocyte IF and membrane Ch, MDA and Ch / PL was positively correlated with the membrane PL and PAF-AH activity was negatively correlated. These results suggest that the decrease of ED in ICD patients is related to the abnormal lipid composition of erythrocyte membrane and the decrease of PAF-AH activity.
