综合评述了作者几年来先后完成的Hf含量对Ni-16Si,Hf和Sn对Ni-20Ti-5Cr-3Al-18Si,Zr含量对Ni-22Ti-16Si,Ta含量对Nb-22Ti-16Si-7Cr-3Al和稀土元素Dy和Ho对Ni-23Ti-10Ta-2Cr-18Si和Ni-22Ti-16Si-7Cr-3Al-3Ta-2Hf等合金组织结构和力学性能影响的研究工作.合金元素Hf,Zr,Sn+Hf,Ta,Dy和Ho加入Nb-Si二元系或多元系合金,明显提高其室温和高温屈服强度和塑性以及断裂韧性.强度的提高与合金元素的固溶强化有关,塑性、韧性的改善与组织的细化和超过临界尺寸的固溶体(Nb,Ti)ss颗粒增多等因素有关.
The influence of Ni-20Ti-5Cr-3Al-18Si and Zr content on the Ni-16Ti-16Si-7Cr- 3Al and rare earth elements Dy and Ho on the microstructures and mechanical properties of Ni-23Ti-10Ta-2Cr-18Si and Ni-22Ti-16Si-7Cr-3Al-3Ta- + Hf, Ta, Dy and Ho to join Nb-Si binary system or multi-system alloy, obviously improve the room temperature and high temperature yield strength and ductility as well as fracture toughness.The improvement of strength is related to solid solution strengthening of alloying elements, and the ductility and ductility Improvement is related to refinement of the tissue and increase in solid solution (Nb, Ti) ss particles exceeding the critical size.
