为全面实施《档案法》,保障和促进档案事业在改革开放、建立社会主义市场经济制度新形势下的健康发展,我们把档案法制建设纳入重要日程,加大了工作力度。第一,广泛、深入、持久地开展档案宣传,推进《档案法》的实施。《档案法》颁布实施后,我们抓住开展全民普法教育的有利时机,把《档案法》纳入“二五”、“三五”普法教育规划,广泛、深入地开展了学习宣传活动。
In order to fully implement the “Archives Law,” safeguard and promote the sound development of archives in the new situation of reform and opening up and the establishment of a socialist market economy, we have put archives legal system construction on an important agenda and intensified our efforts. First, we should extensively, deeply and persistently carry out archives publicity and promote the implementation of the Archives Law. After the enactment of the “Archives Law,” we have taken the favorable opportunity of carrying out universal legal education and have incorporated the “Archives Law” into the “25” and “35” legal education programs. We have conducted extensive and in-depth study and publicity activity.
