再生障碍性贫血(AA)在大巴山区很少报道。我院近8年来收治的56例资料较齐全的AA,用胎肝、脾、胸腺细胞悬液输注取得较好疗效,报告如下。一、一般资料:男,35例,女21例。农民28例(50％)。发病到初诊时间为15天到7年。有病毒性肝炎史11例,服氯霉素史3例,接触农药史、服驱虫药史各20例,口服SMZCO 1例。本组再障均符合我国1981年拟定的AA诊断标准。其中急性再障3例,慢性再障53例。纯红再
Aplastic anemia (AA) is rarely reported in the Daba Mountains. 56 cases of our hospital nearly 8 years data more complete AA, with fetal liver, spleen and thymus cell suspension infusion achieved better efficacy, the report is as follows. First, the general information: Male, 35 cases, female 21 cases. 28 farmers (50%). The onset of the initial diagnosis of 15 days to 7 years. A history of viral hepatitis in 11 cases, taking chloramphenicol history in 3 cases, history of exposure to pesticides, taking the history of deworming drug in 20 cases, 1 case of oral SMZCO.
