实行作物间作套种,是缓解土地面积不足的矛盾,提高土地利用率,实现农业高产、高效的有效途径。山东省枣庄市山亭区农广校桑村教学实习基地,采用小麦、菠菜、西瓜、玉米、白菜一年五种五收种植技术,平均亩产小麦480千克、菠菜350千克、西瓜3800千克、玉米450千克、白菜6500千克,比小麦、玉米两季种植亩增加纯收入3500元以上。现将其主要栽培技术介绍如下:
