一、如何正确认识减轻学生学习负担造成学生学习负担过重的原因很多,如果全部归结于学校教育,显然有失公允。学校教育在学生学习负担过重的问题上始终处于一种被动地位。这样分析,并不是推卸学校教育的责任,而是要端正一个认识——减轻学生学习负担,不只是学校教育的任务,应是全社会共同的责任。在中小学教育中,引起重视的“学习负担”指什么呢?结合现行教育体制和要求,“学习负担”应该是指:
