1993年6月21日至26日在俄罗斯的圣彼得堡召开国际电磁兼电容性会议,其中大、中、小会共三天、技术参观一天。中国出席会议的只有一人。会议论文集共有文章200左右,其中俄国占75％以上,其他国家或组织为:意大利、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、瑞士、瑞典、法国、德国、波兰、比利时、美国、加拿大、墨西哥、西班牙和欧洲EMC组织。独联体国家几乎均用俄文发表。会议工作语言为俄语和英语,大、中会都有这两种语言的同声翻译设备。至二次大会和四个中会上发表的22篇论文,50％以上是外国论文。
June 21 to June 26, 1993 in St. Petersburg, Russia held an international conference on electromagnetic and capacitive, including large, medium and small meetings for a total of three days, technical visits one day. Only one person attended the meeting in China. There are about 200 papers in the conference proceedings, of which more than 75% are from Russia. Other countries or organizations are: Italy, Belarus, Ukraine, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain and Europe . Almost all CIS countries publish in Russian. The working languages of the conference are Russian and English. Both Chinese and Chinese will have simultaneous translation devices in both languages. To the second congress and the four sessions of the 22 papers published, more than 50% of foreign papers.
