一、我国空管系统信息化存在的问题我国空管信息化应用起步较晚,一些现实问题已经严重制约了空管的发展。目前的空管信息化系统,存在着“重视原始数据的采集和网络传输,轻视关联业务信息的挖掘整合,缺少智能化的辅助决策能力”的严重不足,极大地降低了空中交通管理的效率。同时,信息管理模式落后,仍采用传统的网状信息管理模式。空管信息化过程中的矛盾主要表现在以下三个方面。

ATC contradictions in the process of information mainly in the following three aspects.
