20世纪80年代以来,在改革开放和比较经济利益的驱动下,农村劳动力跨区域流动而形成特定的群体,并随着我国城乡一体化的发展不断壮大。与此同时,社会经济蓬勃发展,而城市中下岗失业人员的数量却呈现上涨趋势。因此,关于农村劳动力进城务工与城市就业的关系问题,就需要引起特别的关注。调查涉及内容包括就业情况,薪酬情况,医疗情况,业余生活,家庭情况五个方面。经过调查,他们的就业很困难,工资低、养老保险、医疗保险办理的不到位造成了现在的生活困境,子女的上学、家庭的居住环境也是在城市里的最底层。经过问卷调查和查阅资料我们提出了三点建议。
Driven by reform and opening up and comparative economic interests since the 1980s, the rural labor force has migrated across regions to form specific groups. With the continuous development of urban-rural integration in our country, it has grown continuously. At the same time, the social economy is booming, while the number of laid-off workers in urban areas is on an upward trend. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the relationship between migrant workers and urban workers in rural areas. The investigation covers five aspects of employment, salary, medical condition, amateur life and family situation. After investigation, their employment is very difficult, low wages, pension insurance, medical insurance management in place caused the current predicament, children’s school, home living environment is also the bottom of the city. After a questionnaire survey and access to information we made three suggestions.
