1977年,我省粮油食品进出口公司从国外引进大肥菇菌株。为了探索其栽培习性,我们进行了菌性观察与栽培条件的试验,初步结果如下。一、种性考察菌丝在马铃薯——葡萄糖琼脂培养基上生长为匍匐型,在斜面上能形成子实体原基,培养基背面有棕色色素,菌丝在种瓶及大床上,前期料不很白,后期逐渐变白。菌丝在26~31℃生长较快,24℃以下生长速度明显减慢。原种、栽培种菌丝不易老化,室温保存半年,菌丝还是洁白浓密,出菇也正常。大肥菇(Agaricus bitorguis)比双孢蘑
