该文对EvCote~PGLR-30和EvCote~PWRH-30等2种可回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)分别以0%、5%、10%和15%质量分数作纸张底涂组分的使用效果进行了研究。结果表明,w(可回收PET)=5%为最佳用量,此时涂布纸的特性最好,特别是MVTR(水蒸气传导率)和Cobb值。同时对2种PET可回收聚合物用作纸张顶涂也进行了评估。结果表明,用作顶涂的可回收PET可以明显提高MVTR和Cobb值性能,尤其是与用于底涂的最优PET用量结合使用时,效果更好。同时还发现,可回收PET用作顶涂,高岭土(瓷土)/胶乳的质量比对底涂的效果有很重要的影响:瓷土越多,则MVTR与碎浆性能越好。
In this paper, two kinds of recyclable polyethylene terephthalate (PET), EvCote ~ PGLR-30 and EvCote ~ PWRH-30, were respectively used as paper for 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% The use of primer composition was studied. The results show that w (recyclable PET) = 5% is the best dosage, at this time the best properties of coated paper, especially MVTR (water vapor conductivity) and Cobb value. Two PET recyclable polymers were also evaluated for paper topcoats. The results show that the recyclable PET used as a topcoat can significantly improve MVTR and Cobb performance, especially when combined with the optimal amount of PET used for priming. At the same time, it was found that the mass ratio of kaolin (china clay) / latex to recyclable PET used as top coat has a significant effect on the effect of primer: the more clay is, the better the MVTR and the pulping performance.
