新的历史时期给高等职业教育的发展带来机遇也带来挑战,随着高职院校的发展,融资活动已经成为高职院校负债发展的必然选择,面对由此所带来的财务风险,已成为许多部门关注的焦点。本文通过分析高职院校负债融资风险的成因,提出相应的负债融资风险防范措施,以有效控制负债融资风险的发生,从而对高职院校的持续健康发展产生积极的促进作用。
With the development of higher vocational colleges, the financing activities have become the inevitable choice for the development of liabilities of higher vocational colleges in the new historical period, which brings opportunities and challenges to the development of higher vocational education.
