结合12片钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯试验数据,探讨了不同持续荷载等级对钢筋混凝土矩形截面梁锈蚀率的影响,通过混凝土应变数据对平截面假定进行了验证,明确钢筋应变与混凝土应变不协调是影响锈蚀混凝土梁抗弯刚度的重要因素。通过对锈蚀后钢筋质量的量测,考虑不同位置处钢筋的锈蚀状况,给出了考虑钢筋混凝土梁不同位置处锈蚀率随持续荷载等级变化的拟合公式,采用刚度解析法推导出锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯刚度计算公式,并用试验数据对该模型进行了验证,由模型计算得到的荷载-挠度曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,该模型可为锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁挠度计算提供参考。
Based on the bending test data of 12 reinforced concrete beams, the effects of different continuous load classes on the corrosion rate of RC rectangular cross-section beams are discussed. The assumption of the cross-section is verified by concrete strain data.
