《中国中医药报》2014年12月5日讯:国家卫生计生委副主任、国家中医药管理局局长王国强日前在京会见了上海合作组织秘书长梅津采夫一行。王国强对建立上海合作组织框架下的卫生合作组织的提议表示欢迎,支持伊尔库茨克州与中国的友好省市进行中医药合作。他建议对方借鉴新加坡在教育领域的做法,对符合要求的中国中医药高校学历予以承认,并欢迎上合组织各成员国与中国中医药高校开展联合办学。梅津采夫表示,愿意积极推动成立上海合作组织框架下的上合卫生组织,希望与国家中医药管理局开展合
China Chinese Medicine Newspaper December 5, 2014: Wang Guoqiang, deputy director of the State Health and Family Planning Commission and director of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, met with Secretary-General Meizindsev and his party in Shanghai recently. Wang Guoqiang welcomed the proposal to establish a health cooperation organization within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and supported the cooperation of Irkutsk region and friendly provinces and cities in China on Chinese medicine. He suggested that each other draw lessons from Singapore’s practice in the field of education to recognize the qualifications of Chinese traditional medicine colleges and universities that meet the requirements. He also welcomed the joint SCO member states and Chinese traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities to run joint schools. Meizindsev said he is willing to actively promote the establishment of the SCO under the framework of the SCO and hopes to cooperate with the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine
