2009年10月25日至26日,由检察日报社、湖北省检察官协会和湖北省人民检察院检察发展研究中心共同举办的主题为“执法公信力建设的理论与实践”的检察发展论坛第二次会议在湖北省鄂州市隆重召开。来自法学理论界的专家学者和检察实务部门的代表围绕“执法公信力的一般理论问题”、“执法公信力建设的实践问题”等三个专题进行了深入研讨。现将部分与会专家学者的观点摘要刊发,供读者参考。
From October 25 to 26, 2009, the theme of “Prosecution Development Forum on Theory and Practice of Building Trustworthiness for Law Enforcement” co-sponsored by the Procuratorial Daily, Hubei Provincial Procurator Association and the Procuratorial Development Research Center of Hubei Provincial People’s Procuratorate The second meeting was held in Ezhou City, Hubei Province. The experts and scholars from procuratorates and the representatives from procuratorial practice carried out in-depth discussions on three topics: general theory of law enforcement credibility and practical problems of law enforcement credibility building.
